Ron DeSantis signed legislation declaring November 7 of each year to be commemorated as “Victims of Communism Day”.  Learn how a group of devoted Manatee County Patriots extended this idea to create a scholarship fund and enroll close to 100 eager high school students to learn more about the evils of Communism.
